Q: What prompted you to begin working with OnPoint Nutrition?
A: I’d become frustrated with my attempts to shed pounds and knew I needed some guidance. I was exercising regularly and trying to maintain what I thought was a relatively healthy diet but was not seeing the results on the scale. I would try various fad diets even though in the back of my head I knew it wasn’t the right approach for a long-term, sustainable solution. I also respond well to accountability and thought the OnPoint program would give me the ongoing support I needed while I worked on building new, healthier eating habits.
Q: What have you learned since working with the nutritionists at OnPoint Nutrition?

Q: What has changed since losing 25 pounds?
A: Other than the obvious things like clothes fitting better, I feel like I’ve gained control over how to manage my personal nutrition plan. I’ve also learned to be a lot more patient about my progress. I would still like to lose another 15-20 pounds. With Kaitlin's support I feel much more confident that I’ll be able to reach my goal.
Q: What would you tell someone who is thinking about working with OnPoint Nutrition?
A: I would definitely recommend it. Working with the OnPoint nutritionists really helps to cut through the information overload that’s out there when it comes to weight loss. The ongoing one-on-one support is priceless.
