Nutrition Success - Katie's Weight Loss Story

Katie began her journey with OnPoint Nutrition in June of 2016.  Moving into "adulthood", Katie knew it was time to improve her eating habits.  Since starting her work with our nutritionist/dietitian Annie Courto, Katie has lost 15 lbs!  Each week she continues to see great success.  We could not be more proud!  Keep up the great work Katie!!

Q: What have you learned since you began to work with OnPoint Nutrition?

A: My nutritionist Annie has taught me a TON about serving sizes! Now, I pay close attention to portions, and give myself time after eating to see whether or not I'm actually still hungry, or just want more. Knowing exactly what I personally should be eating has really helped cut down on my  snacking after dinner.

Q: What do you like most about OnPoint Nutrition?

A: I love that OnPoint Nutrition is 100% virtual.  My Skype calls are quick and easy!  I can also send an email or text whenever I have a question, and receive detailed responses back pretty quickly. I like how supportive Annie is. If I eat something I shouldn't, or slack off on my eating, she helps me figure out why it happened and how to handle it should that situation come up again in the future.

Q: What prompted you to begin working with OnPoint Nutrition?

A: I hit the highest weight I had ever been!  After moving out of my parents' house, I knew that living in my own space would make it easier to keep unhealthy foods out of the picture.  I wanted to learn how to create a healthy environment

for myself!
